The wear-resistant ceramic lining pipes produced by our company are made of AL203 as the main raw material, rare metal oxides as the flux, and special corundum ceramics baked at a main temperature of 1700 degrees Celsius. They are then combined with special rubber and high-strength organic/inorganic adhesives to form products.
Product Features
1. High hardness and strong impact resistance
Its Rockwell hardness is HRC80-90, second only to diamond in hardness, far exceeding the wear resistance of wear-resistant steel and stainless steel. The test showed that a 10 kilogram steel ball dropped freely from a height of 3 meters and impacted the ceramic lining 20 times, but the ceramic lining did not break or fall off.
2. Excellent wear resistance
The wear resistance of pasted ceramic wear-resistant pipes is equivalent to 266 times that of manganese steel and 171.5 times that of high chromium cast iron. Under the same working conditions, it can extend the equipment's use by at least ten times.
3. Lightweight
The density of ceramic tiles is 3.5g/cm3, which is only half of that of steel and can greatly reduce equipment load.
4. Strong adhesion and good heat resistance
Ceramic tiles are bonded to the inner wall of the equipment using heat-resistant and strong adhesive. This adhesive does not age after long-term operation at 350 degrees Celsius, and is used as an inorganic adhesive for adhesive products with a temperature resistance of 750 degrees Celsius. Ceramic tiles are fired at high temperatures, with extremely low expansion coefficients, and are fixed by welding with conical rivets through their holes, firmly bonded and not easily detached.
